Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
Any court proceedings (if applicable) shall be brought in Wisconsin.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
